About Clockwork
Clockwork, with her large and distinctive orange steering wheel, is a Sydney 38 racing yacht - one of Australia’s most respected international yachting designs.
Purchased two years ago, she is sleek enough to race very competitively in both challenging offshore racing and at our local clubs’ twilight and weekend regattas, yet she’s comfortable for social outings with supporters and friends.
This year Clockwork sailed over 8,4000 nautical miles boat to compete in 11 major races and events around Australia. After a successful 2023 campaign, the crew is gearing up to yet again take on the fleet, in the 2024 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race.

He also has a rare talent for passing on that knowledge; he willingly provides guidance and coaching to our diverse crew, sharing his wealth of knowledge with all of us.
Andrew is responsible for boat readiness, working tirelessly to ensure that every single piece of equipment is fit for purpose, and every possible racing scenario is considered, as the big project gets underway.
